Refund Policy
We encourage customers with payment issues to contact Square Root Studios directly at support@titanreach.com before requesting any refund requests, disputes or chargebacks through your financial institution as we will usually be able to assist you much faster. We are happy to review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND
Unless required by law, we will not refund any amounts paid in relation to subscriptions or virtual currency (credits) when:
- You have shared, traded, sold, bought, gifted, hacked or stolen any SRS Products
- You have changed your mind on a purchase outside of the 7 day window from when the purchase was made or you have already accessed game content or spent some or all of the virtual currency (credits) within the 7 day period
- You have been muted, banned or disabled on an SRS Product for violating any rules (including the in-game rules)
- You have been using unauthorised software to access an SRS Product
- Square Root Studios stops offering the SRS Product
- You decide to cancel your subscription or account
If, after reading the above, you wish to request that we consider a refund, then please email us at support@titanreach.com for assistance, providing as much information as possible. Please note, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Square Root Studios.
ACCOUNT/CARD OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
- Any SRS Product with a refund, dispute, or chargeback made against it by the account or card owner will be temporarily or permanently disabled as the situation requires
- The legal owner of any card, PayPal or bank account used is responsible for any purchases made with an SRS Product

“Square Root Studio Product(s)” or “SRS Product(s)” refers to the PC platform versions of the game TitanReach (also known as TR) as well as the TitanReach website, official Discord server and any other platform Square Root Studios may make available to you from time to time.
